In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the tara666 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager — whether or not you have read these Terms — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tara666 Platform and, if you have already registered, contact our support team to close your Account.

tara666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revision will be stated at the top of this document.

To register and use the tara666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register for player accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tara666 employee, affiliate, or licensed game provider used on the Platform.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion or cooling-off period on your tara666 Account, nor have been previously permanently excluded from the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number.

Each player may maintain only one Account. If you discover that you hold duplicate accounts, you must notify tara666 support immediately. Duplicate accounts detected by tara666's systems will be suspended without prior notice and any bonus-funded balances will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. tara666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access occurred through no fault of the Platform.

You must notify tara666 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

tara666 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close any Account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, Terms violation, or regulatory non-compliance.
• Require enhanced KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold.
• Apply temporary holds on Account balances pending the resolution of a dispute or investigation.
• Limit Account functionality (deposits, withdrawals, betting) as part of a responsible gaming intervention.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting tara666 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

tara666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your tara666 Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. E-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) are typically instant.
• tara666 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts not belonging to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are stated in the Platform's cashier section.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the tara666 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing targets under 15 minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–4 business hours. tara666 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by the payment provider's own systems.
• Withdrawals of real-money balances require completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering conditions are not withdrawable and will be deducted upon withdrawal request.
• tara666 may require full KYC verification before releasing withdrawals above a threshold, or at any time at the Company's discretion.

tara666 offers various bonuses and promotional credits to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any indication that a bonus is being exploited, abused, or systematically targeted through low-risk betting strategies gives tara666 the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each bonus carries a stated wagering requirement. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30x means that the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 30 times before any winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed using real-money funds first, followed by bonus funds.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement progress, or may contribute at a reduced percentage. Refer to the individual promotion terms for the applicable game contribution table.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated claim window and if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and carry no cash equivalent unless they are a cashback credit specifically awarded in lieu of a loss.
• tara666 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where the promotion has already been activated by a Player, in which case existing wagering progress will be honoured.

Each game available on the tara666 Platform is governed by its own published game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for game-specific matters.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on tara666 operate using independently certified software that ensures fair, unpredictable, and statistically consistent game outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted using physical cards and equipment operated by trained human dealers in a regulated studio environment.

tara666 reserves the right to void bets, suspend a game session, or withhold winnings pending investigation where:

• A technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure materially affected the outcome of a game round.
• There is reasonable evidence that a game outcome was influenced by systems external to the tara666 Platform.
• A bet was placed on odds or markets published in error ("palpable error"). Bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds are voidable by tara666 at its sole discretion.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round where a bet has already been placed, the round result will be recorded and the bet outcome applied upon reconnection. tara666 is not liable for losses caused by the Player's own internet connectivity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tara666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one tara666 Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account restriction.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your Account.
• Bonus abuse: Creating duplicate accounts, providing false information, or engaging in coordinated play to manipulate bonus outcomes or wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including shared card information in poker, coordinated baccarat betting, or any form of cheating.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the tara666 Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks after legitimately using deposited funds. Fraudulent chargebacks result in immediate account closure and may be pursued through legal channels.
• Exploiting errors: Knowingly taking advantage of technical malfunctions, pricing errors, or software bugs to place bets with a guaranteed or artificially advantaged outcome.

• Use tara666's brand name, logo, or trade marks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software underpinning the Platform.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of tara666's intellectual property may give rise to legal action. tara666 actively monitors for misuse of its brand identity.

tara666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is accessible at /privacy-policy on the Platform.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.

tara666 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable Philippine law.

• Loss or damage arising from events of force majeure, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of war.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct by tara666.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tara666 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered on it.

tara666 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at tara666.vip/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly displayed.

For material changes — those that significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — tara666 will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Non-material corrections or clarifications may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the tara666 Platform after the stated effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and tara666 arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through tara666's internal complaints procedure:

1. Submit a written complaint to [email protected] describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, and your desired resolution.
2. tara666 will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
3. If the dispute is not resolved through the internal process within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies under applicable Philippine law.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary rights or prevent irreparable harm.
